Delivery and Returns
The cost of standard postage and packaging within the UK, includes 2nd Class 48hr Recorded Delivery. We allow ourself 2-7 working days, but we think it's always better to under promise and over deliver. Recorded delivery means that the package will need to be signed for.
International Delivery is also sent Recorded, but obviously allow longer time for delivery, depending on how far afield you are ordering from. We estimate within the EU 5-10 working days, and Outside the EU 7-14 working days.
We guarantee to exchange or refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. All SALE items can be returned for an exchange or Credit Note only-no refunds will be issued.
If you chose to return goods, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us. We will refund the cost of postage after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty. After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
To return your item/s: Complete the returns form provided on our separate link on our website https://www.neverfullydressed.co.uk/pages/return-form and securely package the items. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel 'Tracked/Signed for'. Post the items/s and return form to:
