I bought an item online can I return it to store?
No unfortunately you can only return this online.
How do I return an item?
We guarantee to exchange or refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. Please note that all our products are now tagged on the outside of the garment with a label stating "REMOVE ME AND I WILL BE YOURS FOREVER". If your return is received without this label intact then we will send the product back to you, as this would illustrate that the product has been worn.
In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
If you chose to return goods, then please use our Royal Mail Free Returns service. Once received we will aim to process your return within 28 days. You have 30 days to return to us for a credit note or exchange. After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.

Please ensure you enter the Channel reference on your Invoice where it requests order number. Please ensure a copy of your invoice is returned inside your Returning parcel. Print off your Returns label, affix to your parcel and take it to the Post Office to be scanned.

Sale items are returnable for an exchange or credit note only.

Yes you have 1 hour to cancel however you need to make sure you email back with the title CANCEL ORDER.
Can I buy vouchers?
Yes vouchers can be bought via the website.
Are you getting more in stock?
If we are out of stock just leave you email and we will notify you when the item becomes available again.
What if the product is faulty?
If the product is faulty send it back to us free of charge and we can either replace the item or refund you.
Can I exchange an item I have ordered?
Yes send it back using our free returns and let us know what size/ item you would like instead?
I have received the wrong item what should I do?
Contact us and let us know we will re-arrange for you to be sent the correct item.
