1. Senior PR and Marketing Exec - UK Office

Location: Loughton, East London, Full time

Overview:

Never Fully Dressed is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a PR and Marketing Assistant. As a rapidly growing fashion brand, we specialise in creating stylish, versatile clothing for women who are unapologetically themselves. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our PR and marketing strategies, helping to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience across various channels.

Responsibilities:

- Support the PR and marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

-Maintain and update media contact lists, fostering relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships.

- Monitor media coverage and social media platforms for brand mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement or outreach.

- Assist in the coordination of brand events including press events, trade events, in store launches, product launches, influencer & celebrity collaborations, managing logistics and operations.

- Oversea the development of brand marketing materials ensuring consistency with brand messaging and aesthetics

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in PR, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.

2. Head of Retail / Franchising - UK Office

Reports to: Managing Director

Location:  Head Office

Job Status: Permanent, Full Time

Career Level:  Manager with relevant
retail, marketing, and sales experience

Job Specification:

The RFM must ensure business goals achievement in terms of managing
existing stores to profitability, territory penetration, opening
new stores/pop ups and following the entire opening process.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

- Generate leads through online and offline advertising campaigns including pop ups and temporary store, to ensure the department meets company targets for new franchise store openings, sales, profitability, and EBITDA. 

- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel. Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance. Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.

- Manage potential franchisees organizing collective and individual meetings.

- Monitor recruitment plans and verify leads alignment with the ideal profile.

- Manage the draft of commercial franchising contract, including contracts’ renewal.

Person Specification:

3. Wholesale Administrator

The Wholesale Administrator is responsible for stock management of the wholesale channel and
managing the customer base with an aim to improve efficiency, accuracy of deliveries & customer
experience.

Roles & responsibilities

  • A key lead in driving intake and despatch across forward & immediate order accounts
  • Build out and monitor critical path at customer level, assisting key accounts ahead of delivery and develop detailed timelines where necessary
  • Follow intake/dispatch closely and report in trade on share a weekly forecast on when dispatch will be complete, share feedback to WS team where there are delays and if this will affect selling time and have a proactive approach
  • Assist and support the sales team in meeting sales target identifying stock opportunities in-season
  • Develop relationships with wholesales, owning daily communicate with customers with updates on delivery, sales support and administrative tasks
  • Manage & own customer processes and database inline with critical path dates
  • Provide customers with detailed information to ensure successful launch including seasonal
  • RRPs, training material, marketing assets and mark-down guidelines
  • Owner of sample, product and asset management requests from wholesale accounts
  • Support with market preperation creating line sheets and managing JOOR sales platform data upload
  • Monitor reorders, exchanges and RTV’s, including the processing of all paperwork & invoicing throughout the season
  • You may be required to support on additional duties/tasks as necessary to meet the business needs

Key skills and experience

  • Experience in a similar capacity within fashion brand
  • Excellent administration skills, confident with Microsoft Office systems; expert in Excel, including Vlookup
  • Excellent attention to detail with administrative tasks & knowledge of critical path
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, able to manage workload and be a team player

5. Sales Assistant - New York Store

Represent the Never Fully Dressed brand, assist customers and, most importantly, spread our dress happy messaging. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team to build our first permanent bricks-and-mortar presence in the US market.
