Pre-Loved FAQ

Thank you for your interest! 

Pre-Loved is an initiative to reduce waste and focus on rewear on Never Fully Dressed garments that are no longer loved. 

We offer you the opportunity to sell us back your Never Fully Dressed wears in exchange for Loyalty Love Points that you can use towards future purchases as well as buy pre-loved garments direct from us following an in-house quality control process. 

 

How can I apply to sell my pre-loved Never Fully Dressed garments?

Simply click the link Apply to Sell. Here you will be asked to provide general information such as your name, email and postal address. 

Once you have completed this, proceed to add garments by selecting Add your item(s). You will be able to add up to 5 items.

 

Is there anything else I need to do?

Yes! You must be signed up to an account and enrolled in our Loyalty Love programme so that we can assign you points. You can also acquire points for completing other activities such as liking us on Facebook. You even get 250 points just for joining! 

 

What happens once you have received my completed form?

We review your submission within 3-5 working days and based on the information provided we may request further information or either reject the application, accept in part or in full and make you an offer in Loyalty Points to use on purchases on the main Never Fully Dressed website.

Do not send anything to us at this stage.

 

If I accept the offer what do I do next?

Put your accepted garments in an envelope/box and send it over to us. You will need to ensure you pay for the carriage to us.

I provided an incomplete or misleading description/condition?

If something is incomplete or misleading we will attempt to contact you for clarification. If, however, the item has since been received and did not match the provided details we reserve the right to reduce the original points offer or return the item to you.

 

It looks like you have received my garments; when do I receive my points?

We recommend 3-5 working days for us to assess the received item(s) and ensure they reflect the description/condition as provided. If, however, the item has been received and did not match the provided details we reserve the right to reduce the original points offer or return the item to you.
