What to do this October in London

Looking for things to do this October? No problem NFD has got you covered! Here is our guide of a few places to visit this month.

Skylight at Tobacco Dock

Getting ready for the festive nights ahead, Skylight offers a roof top ice rink with a fully stocked bar, perfect for a Winter night out. If ice skating is not your thing then you can enjoy the stunning views of the city from the comfort of one of the 10 cosy igloo-bubbles located on the top floor. Enjoy a variety of delicious cocktails, sharing platters and street food.

Scream Queens at Tonight Josephine

Tonight Josephine is hosting Scream Queens themed brunches over the run up to Halloween. The notorious party pad is being transformed into a haunted hideout with three-drag scream queens taking to the mic for spine-chilling performances. There is also a chance to bag yourself a free huge bar tab if your costume wins best dressed. The two hour event offers 90 minutes bottomless spritz cocktails, prosecco and beer, as well as a tasty brunch dish.

 Gucci Cosmos

After debuting in Shanghai in April, this immersive exhibition about Gucci is coming to London. The display features pieces from the century-old Gucci archive, including designs by creative directors including Tom Ford, Frida Giannini and Alessandro Michele. The UK capital plays a particularly special role in Gucci's rich history, as it was here that the house's founder Guccio Gucci was first inspired to start his artisanal luggage atelier in 1921, while working as a porter at The Savoy hotel.
