1. Assistant Merchandiser and Sourcing - UK Office

Key Objective:

To support the Merchandising and Buying teams to maximise
commercial opportunities. Effective Management of
Inventory, driving sales, minimising costs and maximising
profits. Sourcing and Logistics being a key role for the growth
of the business, in line with our 5-year plan.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analysis of key products and forecasting sales
potential

- Provide Historical Analysis to develop Range
Planning / Phasing within Season with the Buying
Team / Wholesale Team.

- Manage Production Intake into the Business to hit /
exceed Monthly Sales Forecasts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Extremely Analytical-

Responsibilities:

- Support the PR and marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

-Assist in the coordination of press events, product launches, and influencer collaborations, including managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.

-Maintain and update media contact lists, fostering relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure press coverage and partnerships.

- Monitor media coverage and social media platforms for brand mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement or outreach.

3. Head of Retail / Franchising - UK Office

Reports to: Managing Director

Location:  Head Office

Job Status: Permanent, Full Time

Career Level:  Manager with relevant
retail, marketing, and sales experience

Job Specification:

The RFM must ensure business goals achievement in terms of managing
existing stores to profitability, territory penetration, opening
new stores/pop ups and following the entire opening process.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

- Generate leads through online and offline advertising campaigns including pop ups and temporary store, to ensure the department meets company targets for new franchise store openings, sales, profitability, and EBITDA. 

- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel. Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance. Preparing and controlling the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.

- Manage potential franchisees organizing collective and individual meetings.

- Monitor recruitment plans and verify leads alignment with the ideal profile.

- Manage the draft of commercial franchising contract, including contracts’ renewal.

Customer Service Online Advisor 

Full time (39.5 hours) 

Location: Loughton, East London

Monday – Friday (flexibility to cover weekends if required)
Shifts vary between 8:30 am – 5 pm / 9:30 am – 6 pm


Overview:

NFD are looking for a full-time online customer service advisor to join the team. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a natural flair for multitasking. 

The candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

 Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.
  2. Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift. 
  3. Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat.
  4. Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries. 
  5. Adaptable and quick to respond to new problems raised. 
  6. Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets. 
  7. Working closely with customer service team/management on daily tasks. 
  8. Responding to both customer reviews.
